Pretty in Pink with OCS...

Hey Everyone!
I hope you're all enjoying the holiday!

I am just popping in for a quick post to share a card that I made for my guest design spot over at One Crazy Stamper this month...

Here we go:

and here is the inside:

I used the Baby Love stamp set from Flourishes.  Did you read the poem?  It's sweet, isn't it, and all too true.

This is a super straight forward card so, I won't get into all of the details but, I did use papers from the MME Lost & Found Madison Avenue 6x6 Paper Pad which is retired.  The main image was sponged with Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Spun Sugar and Old Paper and the 5mm Ivory Flatback Pearls are from Pizzazz Aplenty.  You can find the rest of the items below in the supply list.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by.
I hope you have an AMAZING Easter weekend!

Happy Stamping!
Naomi

Man Up with One Crazy Stamper!

Hi everyone!
This month, I have the privilege of being one of the Guest Designers over at the One Crazy Stamper Blog!  I love shopping at the One Crazy Stamper Online Store because not only do they have GREAT prices, but, they're also CANADIAN!

Well, without further ado, let's get onto my project...
With a new month, comes a new challenge and this month, the OCS team wants to see projects with a "Masculine" theme.

Here is what I came up with:

I decided to decorate the inside as well:
I used the Moments in Time stamp set by Flourishes.  When I first purchased this stamp set, I had no idea that it would be one of my MOST used sets!  I truly love the classic design and it's just PERFECT for the men in your life!

I used papers from the MME Lost & Found Union Square 6x6 Paper Pad.  I managed to utilize all but, one of the 10 stamps in the set, stamping the images and sentiments in Memento Tuxedo Black, SU! Cherry Cobbler, and Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Old Paper.  I cut out the clock face using Spellbinders Classic Circles and sponged it with Distress Ink in Old Paper.  I did some stitching using my Janome Sew Mini and added some May Arts 1.5" Striped Ribbon and some Black 5mm Rhinestones from Pizzazz Aplenty.

I am also entering this card into the new Crafty Friends Challenge that the ever, so sweet, and ever so talented, Beate has started!  It is a bi-weekly challenge and this week, the girls would like to see all of your vintage creations!  This is going to be a SUPER fun challenge as the girls just want to encourage us all to have fun and pick up our stamps a little more often!  She has pulled together a stellar team to inspire you every other week so, I recommend you head on over there and check out what they have to share!

Here is the link the current challenge: Crafty Friends #1 - Vintage

If you like the stamp set that I used today, I recommend checking out the One Crazy Stamper Online Store as they have ALL stamps by Flourishes on sale for 25% off this week!

Anyway, head on over to the One Crazy Stamper Blog to see more fabulous inspiration from the rest of the team and to see the challenge details!
