Bring Back Beautiful - The Beauty of the Garden

Hello everyone!
Well, can you believe it's time for another Flourishes Bring Back Beautiful Challenge?  Crazy, I know!

As spring begins to sprout in many parts of the world - let's honour Mother Nature by showing off the beauty of what we find in the garden. Pick your favorite flower and make it the centerpiece of your card or creation! Link up your Bringing Back Beautiful Challenge creations on the Flourishes Blog to enter. If you upload to SCS, please use the keyword BBB22. You have until May 31 to enter! As we unveil our challenge for next month, we'll share our True Beauties – those card makers who wowed us with this challenge! Winners will be featured on the Flourishes Blog and will receive a True Beauty blog button to display proudly on their blog! Our favourite Beauty from this challenge will also be asked to join the team for the next challenge, so play along and let's see all those beautiful Garden creations!!

Here's what I came up with:
My favourite flowers are orchids...especially phalaenopsis or "moth" orchids so, I decided to use the Flourishes From the Garden stamp set.  The papers are from the MME Miss Caroline Fiddlesticks 6x6 Paper Pad.  I stamped the orchid image on Flourishes Classic White Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and coloured it using Copic Markers (Colour Collections pictured below).  I added some stitching and embellished this card with some seam binding, pearls, and some Ivory Scalloped Lace Trim.

I used the following Copic Marker Colour Collections from Flourishes:

I used Iwona Palamountain's Sketchbook Saturday Sketch #58:

Anyway, I hope you'll join us, this month, for the Bring Back Beautiful Challenge over at the Flourishes Blog...I can't wait to see all of your BEAUTIFUL entries!

Happy Stamping!
