West Coast Native Art by Peter Wayne

Hi everyone!
Just a quick note about my dad's new website!  He is an Aboriginal artist and does North West Coast Native carvings.  He just got this site up and running and will be adding more photos in the near future but, I'd REALLY appreciate it if you checked it out!

Here are a couple photos of his artwork:

Here is a photo of me with one of his carvings:

I commissioned this 3-foot Salmon carving (Western Red Cedar w/Abalone) for my friend's wedding present.

If you'd like to learn more about Peter Wayne, you can read this article on Squidoo...

Anyway, I hope you'll go and take a look at his site, he would be thrilled and any support is much appreciated!

Naomi, you are the perfect model to be showing off your dad's work, as you are clearly his Master Piece :) What a lovely blog, I have posted a link to it so more folks can enjoy the pictures.

Very cool masks! You can be immensely proud! And you asked about the stand I use for my cards? Well, I found them at Michael's Crafts! And not where you would think! They are candle jar lids... and come in 3-4 different colors! Like you, I saw them in Mona's pics and wondered the same thing! Had a friend in CA point them out during a recent visit! Mine were even on clearance!
